ChuuAuction is a digital livestock auction marketplace for Uganda. Users must provide accurate account and listing information and use the platform lawfully.
Public accounts are role-based as Seller or Buyer accounts. Platform administrators manage operations separately. You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account.
Sellers must post truthful livestock details. Buyers must place genuine bids. Manipulative bidding, fake offers, or misrepresentation is prohibited.
Uploaded verification documents may be reviewed by administrators and AI services. ChuuAuction may request additional verification or suspend suspicious activity.
Payment and delivery obligations are binding once a winning bid is confirmed. Disputes may be investigated with platform logs and verification records.
We may deactivate accounts for fraud, abuse, document forgery, chargeback abuse, or repeated policy violations.
ChuuAuction provides the marketplace infrastructure. Users remain responsible for transaction conduct, livestock condition declarations, and legal compliance.
